Nothing on the Site grants you a license to copy, modify, distribute, or use any RA9 Apps content or trademark without our prior written permission.

Open-source libraries used to build the Site are licensed under their respective licenses (for example, MIT or Apache 2.0). Use of those libraries does not affect ownership of the original RA9 Apps content built on top of them.

3. No warranty

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

4. Product information

Product information shown on the Site — including descriptions of apps in development, such as Smart Habits — is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. We make no commitment regarding release dates, feature sets, pricing, or availability of any future product, and reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time.
